Private Silk Painting Lessons at my Art Studio

I will design a special lesson with you based upon your needs and experience, whether you want to make a painting or a scarf or other fun hand-painted silk item. The lesson will take place at my art studio in Somerville. With my flexible schedule, I can work with you during a weekday, most evenings and the weekends. My studio can accommodate up to 4 students at a time. Several mothers and daughters have worked with me in the past and have had a wonderful experience!

I charge $20 per hour plus the cost of materials; dyes, silk, gutta, etc. I can accept payment by credit card or check. There is off-street free parking at my studio building.

Bring your creative ideas and designs and take home a packet of helpful materials to assist your future silk painting exploration. Before long, you'll be creating your own beautiful wearable scarves, pillows, wall-hangings and even garments. Write me at nicdon@earthlink.net for more information.
